Receptionist/PT Liaison

Melissa was born and raised in a small town just outside of Houston. She has been in the medical field for over ten years, focused on customer service, and has gained an extensive insurance knowledge base. Customer service and patient comfort is always her top priority. She takes pride in assisting patients and helping them understand their specific chosen plan while discussing their insurance benefits. Her favorite aspect of Physical Therapy is watching the patients’ continued progress in their health journey following their prescribed therapy plan. When she’s not working, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her three children.
