Total Wellness is a really great place for Physical Therapy! I had to have PT after having surgery after tearing 2 ligaments in my ankle and this is where I was referred to. I worked with Andrew, Justin, and Chris. They were all wonderful. Chris is who I worked with the majority of the time and he has helped me improve immensely. I wouldn't be at the mobility I am if it wasn't for his hard work in helping me. Everyone working the front desk was also always so kind and helpful! Very sweet people!

Staff was professional and helpful in every way. Very accommodating to my specific needs and therapy. Never push to over my limits, but encouraging me by answering my questions and suggesting additional means of achieving my goals.

My shoulder was frozen. I was in a lot of pain for months. I have almost total movement and pain is now just an ache. Great results.
Great Physical therapy
Total Wellness is a most impressive facility with quite talented therapists. Once I completed my time there, I felt better than in a long time. They are great! The therapists are A-rated, & the office facility is very nice & calm. Joan G.
Let me start off with how much I enjoyed coming into PT and brag about how much Justin helped me get back on the running trails. I came in with an ankle twist and I was recommended Total Wellness for my PT sessions. I had never done any sort of physical therapy before so I was a little nervous but the staff was all very helpful and I had such a great experience. I definitely recommend this place and if you’re reading this Justin, you’re the bomb! Thanks again!
Phenomenal place. I worked primarily with Christian and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had as they arose. Thanks to him and Doctor Andrew, I had a great time while recovering
My dad rehabbed his knee replacement with Yvonne last year and is going to her for his second surgery coming up. Great experience. Yvonne is a lovely person and excellent therapist.
Thanks to everyone at Total Wellness for helping me walk upright again! My gimpy right knee is now stronger than my “good” left knee. Special thanks to Christian for his patience and encouragement. I absolutely recommend this group to anyone who needs physical therapy. They are all very kind and respectful to all the folks who need their help.
